goddd...... why ..... should i shoot the laptop vendor or microsoft.... it's there anyway i could fix it, or am i cursed once and for all coz i dont have the lingua franca version of Windows.... thanks guys, even if i eventually cant fix it...

I tried re-installing Logon Studios already. and here's what happens: 1) the logons that came with the software springs up a Line 365 error 2) the logon that i downloaded (Azure) keeps giving me the line 40 error would it be because of: 1) I have a wide-screen laptop 2) I have a Chinese Windows XP (thanks to the shop and which i cant solve unless i format my laptop) Thanks guys for the help
