Thanks Moosetek, deleting the Prefs files did it. I have so many folders My Documents I didn't even notice it. Also thanks to Swiffo for reminding me my monitor has an auto adjust button.
I was playing with my video settings, trying to get the in game movies to play fluidly, and when I returned to the main menu, the menu screen had enlarged its self outside the boundary of my monitor preventing me from actually selecting any options. Basically what I want to know is how to reset all the options to default without actually being in the game.
