How do you resize icons in Docks WinCustomize Forums

How do you make the icons smaller on the dock? I don't man pixel size I mean relative to the dock itself.

Im still using the basic dock. Looks cook, but I don't think I would use it much.

Put them in another folder for the time being. I just move the recycling bin into the corner!
