Icon Packages and pointing my "change icon" to start in a different location in Icons WinCustomize Forums

Afternoon all - I am complete nOOb to the skinning and icon front. I dove in last night trying to get a different look. So far so good. I do have a couple of questions that maybe some of you can help me out with. 1) If I download and install an icon package, how do I use a different icon from a different package? I found that I can right click, change icon and browse to the stardock/iconpackage/themes folder and click on the .icl files and it will open up a whole list asso
