I don't use the secondary for consistent audio output, so I only notice when I go to do something and it doesn't make the correct beeps and boops. I do like me some beeps and boops. Primary is a Windows 10 desktop, secondary is a Windows 10 laptop. Both are on version 22H2. Both are configured to never sleep (when plugged in, as they are when I'm using Multiplicity). I am also experiencing the same issue. Both computers wired. I have a hunch it's some device getting turned off to save power due to inactivity, or something similar to that. I've turned off that feature on all the USB controllers, and it SEEMS to have fixed the problem. It's been a couple hours and the audio is still working. But I could be wrong. It's been a long time since I've played galciv2, so I don't remember the editor that well, but one of the things I found wanting in Kerbal Space Program's original editor was a sub-assembly function, which they recently added. You build part of a ship, save it, and can re-use it whenever you want.
