I have the same problem! I'll copy + paste my post from another thread. "Ive tried the beta on 2 systems and get an identical crash every time I launch the map from the lan setup screen. The map loads up and I can see it when it is zoomed out but than it freezes after 1 second but the music keeps on playing. I dont see any units on the map. I suspect it must be some app I use that makes the game crash since I have pretty similar setups on both machines.

I have it. Unfortunately my work laptop doesn't seem to like it and I get a ctd when I come into the arena. I think the reason for this is that my geforce go 7600 drivers on the laptop are ancient.
