Yes, I did notice that, and rectified that. After rebooting several times, deleting folders from appdata three times, I have gotten everything to activate. Hopefully they will stay that way.
I tried your suggestion. Now I receive an error 212 cannot activate product error.
Every time I reboot my laptop, I need to reactivate all Stardock products. Needless to say, this is annoying to the point where I have considered deleting them all. Any advise would be welcome
Oddly, screen recorder does not show the flicker, although it did happen while recording. However, this is becoming more of a problem Thai I thought it would. I will simply uninstall Deskscapes, as Word is an essential part of my work. Thank you for your time.
I am running Deskscapes version 10.03. Windows 10 Home version 20H2. The flickering occurs on my Surface Pro 7, my HP pavilion laptop, and a friends Compac Presario laptop.
When DeskScapes is running, Mircrosoft Word flickers constantly. If I pause Deskscapes, then Word doesn't flicker. Any advise, other than pausing DeskScapes?
I tried your suggestion Upfin, but I'm still in the same situation. If I hit preview and switch to custom view, I can see the icons, but if I select windows view, nothing.
Some are .zip files, but that's not the problem, even the ones that do not download as a .zip can give me this problem.
I'm sorry, I wasn't clear. I know how to apply the packages, my problem is, after I download some, the name appears on the preview screen, but no icons appear with it. And if I load and apply the package, I get the missing icon placeholders.
Either I'm having a strange problem or I'm just stupid, but would love some help. Some of the icon packages I download from wincustomize work great, but other's, (for example, graveparadise) download, but when the preview screen comes up after the install, there is nothing there. Please, someone with a brain, advise me.
