Well you are right in the sense that Stardock does not really have any binding contract to provide support for years. There is an unwritten contract however and its called having some principles. I realise this can be a completely alien concept for a company to have these days but there it is all the same. No I don't speak of Stardock like this game has been out for months. You die instantly when you activate the orb... but next time you die you respawn instantly where you died on full hp and mana? You activate the orb then the annoucer says "Blue... no Green!" and everybody in the arena is thrown off the map. More ideas!

Well I was using just about to die as an example. Obviously if you are not about to die teleporting 15 yards goes from life saving to a 'nothing' effect. I could see people triggering it hoping to get the meteor effect only to be teleported off the map.
