Reply to Sins of a Solar Empire Technical FAQ in Sins of a Solar Empire Stardock Forums

For some reason i cant update my Sins Of A Solar Empire it keeps giving me an error it says that my serial number that i have entered is not reconizable by stardock and that i need to check it, and i have checked it a million times and it wont update can someone help me? i am using the one that is in my case and i am doing everything right i dont understand what is wrong
