Gas Powered Games has released the Demigod trailer for public consumption. What was once speculation-based on concept art and the few previously-released stills-has solidified into something else. Who among you has pre-ordered the game? I pre-ordered the game some 8 hours ago, but I have yet to receive my e-mail confirmation. How long does it usually take for that to arrive?

I really do hope that we see some good looking maps like the default one in DOTA. I agree that some of the arenas are looking pretty bland right now, but remember that the game's still fairly early in development so they have a lot of time to polish up the aesthetics.

I really do wish it was possible to pre-order the game with Paypal, but I understand why they don't allow it because Paypal doesn't allow refunds in case someone decides to cancel their pre-order.

You know those nasty, annoying slowdowns we've been suffering lately? Well, I've fixed the problem. It looks like some black hat spam site was using the pingbacks/trackbacks on one of my old sites to the point where it was crashing the server so I had that function disabled. Sorry about that. The site should load up properly now. Edit: Adding GameReplays to the list.

Clicking Demigod at the top doesn't lead me back to the front page. It'd be nice if it did!

I redesigned the front page of Demigod Guru today. It should be a lot easier to read and it has a bunch of neat new functions that I added to the site. I hope everyone likes it.

Their excuse for not putting it on PCs (the real reason is undoubtedly a fear of piracy that might eat into their console sales) is about as weak as their excuse for not having any multiplayer on the 360 or the PS3.
