I think it would actually help with the late-game if demigod gold was reduced while creeps gave slightly more. The problem you have is the stronger demi-gods kill you faster and easier, which only makes them stronger (resulting in a snowball effect, they get stronger - you stay the same...game over). By switching the gold focus slightly from demi-god to creeps you ensure that the team losing badly (typically resulting in th

Got mine today - I didn't expect the box to be oversized, and I love the cover art. What is so big inside? (I don't plan to open mine) An interesting obersvation - only one of the sides of the box is embossed. Deliberate or error? Anyway, didn't expect the game to come so soon, thanks Stardock!
Appreciate the update and hard work you guys are still putting into the game. I can only see the game getting better with you guys at the helm. [e digicons][/e]
There's already another thread on this: http://forums.demigodthegame.com/346256 Same thing happened to me and I just gave it some time, then walla, the regular menu came up. The multiplayer stuff froze on me, but the single player worked normally, so I assume that the servers are wacked.
Eh, that list is comprised mostly of multiplatform titles. If you're going to do a PC games preview, do it on PC exclusive games, 'cus I can read about the multiplatform games anywhere else.
Yes, you are paying for the game now - the beta is just a bonus. So when then game is released, all you have to do is download the release version from Impulse, and you'll be ready to roll.
I preordered Demigod at the beginning of this month. I love collecting cool gaming swag, and when I saw the post about the collector's edition with the rook figure, I figured that I might as well preorder the CE and get a shot at playing the game a little early. I've actually been reading about the game on these forums more than playing it since I am not a very competitive player. It sounds like there are quite a few issues to be resolved, but I hope that
In Starcraft and Warcraft 3, I loved the missions where you went "commando" and conducted the mission as an individual or small team. It was a great change of pace and fun to micro a couple of guys. I could easily see that with Demigod, so even if it doesn't show up in the official release, I hope that there's a large enough community to develop something like that for Demigod.
Congrats, I didn't realize how well Sins did. It's good to see that the little guys can still compete with the big boys. I'm looking forward to all of your future releases!
I'm looking forward to the CE - I love getting cool little goodies, not just some bland "making of" DVD.
Quoting Nights Edge, reply 14 My mind just went 'rook figurine' -> 'big daddy figurine' -> 'big daddy mod for Demigod!' Nice thought process there. The Big Daddy could go well as an Assassin (Bouncer) or a General (Rosie with an army of Little Sisters).
To
Hi everyone, I found this on Stardock's support site: "I want to sell my copy of X to my brother, because I don't need it anymore. Reasonable requests can be handled through support." So if you really wanted to sell the game, you would have to go through Stardock, not a gamestore. And I'm not sure what everyone is trying to argue here. epiclulz is right in that you can't resell the game in a conventional sense. However, you
