Just installed the new patch, trying to play online. So far, even after restarts: Only 3 custom games show up in the list and none of them are joinable. When I try to host a game it says: Cannot connect to NAT facilitator. HostGame in CVP failed. When I try Pantheon it says 'Forces of Light have won' and no new games are available. Skirmish says 'Failed to find game info' after a minute of trying to connect.

You had me until "I will say that the current system does a pretty decent job." Please tell me you aren't serious. You did try to play the game this weekend didn't you? This is the most frustrating MP experience I have had since NWN. I can't believe you guys shipped with such a POS matchmaking system. Love the game otherwise, but these issues make me want to strangle kittens.

Same here. I have played 6 games and won 6 of them as the top or 2nd player, but my favor points are stuck at -80.

Sent in my photo and serial number last night, and they already got back to me and added a new serial to my account. What a crappy problem, but at least they responded with awesome customer service. Wow this is the first time an anti-piracy measure bit me in the bum, and it was only a simple CD-Key this time :p

Ack just got my boxed copy from Amazon, and I'm getting an error when I try to register the CD key. Emailed tech support, hope I can get a good key by the weekend so I can play.
