Thanks everyone for the help.It seems I did have the plague and researching the cure fixed my logistics problems. However only after reinstalling 1.8g (thanks for the registry fix Sole Soul) did my custom ships come back and my template screen went back to normal. Redownloading the patch also fixed tons of irritating little things and displays properly on the menu screen. Regardless, everything seems fine, thanks again.

I purchased the Ultimate Bundle Pack digital distribution a few days ago, and have had a blast since then (though I think I spend too much time designing custom ships).
