hi, yesterday i build a death star (complete with all modules) and somehow it wasnt very usefull at all. it would not attach planets, even if there are ships on the planet, and once some ai enemy attached it with a ranger-class ship it got through a random event, the death-star was history. i there some secret on how to use it ? thanks

they are normally configured through the windows inbuild multi-monitor setup. (Display-Properties->Settings): [img]http://www.ready3.net/mon.jpg[/img] Other games usually recognize the main monitors resoltution correct. so, not sure whats wrong here. i thought DA wouldnt support widescreen resolutions. i will however try editing that prefs.ini file and see if it resolves the problem. hmm in dark avatar, i cannot select 1680x1050. and on startup i get an error message that my resolution is too low. maybe its because i have two monitors and the game tries to use both instead of just the primary one - or something.

thanks for clearing thoose things up :P i got another question tho: when talking to other races i never have an option to form an alliance with another race. there is just no entry in the treaty list for that, even tho i have researched alliances and actually the whole yellow tree. do i need to build something for that option to become available ? thanks.

hello, i think i have a few miconceptions regarding galciv2/dark avater and some questions arised: 1) High Money Strategy for planets: what do i build on a planet if i want it to generate as much money as possible ? when i try building a farm to generate more taxes i usually have a significant drop in approval and the revenue from the tax doesnt really seem that lot more. 2) Mining income: when i have asteroid mining bases connected to my planet, where

Hi, i got a short question. when playing solo-mode against the computer, is there a way to build a planet in such way, that the computer cannot just warp-through it to your other planets ? for example, is there some blocking shield or something you could buy, or somehow force the computer to first destroy this planet and my fleets there before he can pass through deeper into my realm ? And can i modify a file somewhere to raise the logistics slot cap beyond 24, or decrease th
