With proxies I can connect with my router enabled, but the ping is automaticly around 350 ms. This makes the game nearly unplayable because of the lags. So far the only thing that helped is connecting my game pc directly to the modem without the router. I hope you can make the proxies faster, otherwise they are of no use it seems as they are to slow.
I pulled out my router and connected my computer directly to my modem. This helped a lot with my connectivity. But it's not a permanent solution as I need the router for my home network. Seems the game has problems with routers even if ports are supposed to be open.
It really sucks, I can't connect to my friend anymore with who I have played before online. I am getting that stupid NAT error again.
It still sucks bad, somehow we got a 5vs5 started, but people got disconencts after a minute. Still can't play a normal game either. All laggy if I can connect at all. The only improvement is the game doesnt crash on disconnects. I am giving up multiplayer till the next patch.
I don't get it, I don't have a beta, I just bought the normal game. But it doesnt show any updates. Should I play some beta instead? ok, Now I am downloading this beta update it seems. Ah well as long its an update its fine I guess.
I got the old password login name problem again. worked fine a few games and now suddenly its broken again...
I recommended the game to a friend of mine and he was about to download it. But when I told him I had to reconfigure my router to forward ports to get the multiplayer working he really got put off. I can't say I blame him, as he hates to install or configure stuff just to get a game working. It has to work right out of the box, or its just a bad design is his opionion. I took me 2 hours to get it working, as I even had to reset my router because it didnt acce
