I have tried forwarding all ports from 6000-6999 both TCP and UDP to my computers internal IP address. I have enabled 1-to-1 NAT to my machine with one of my public static IP's. Nothing works. Also, I don't know about this proxied connection thing, but I have never seen it even attemept to use it. How does this work? Why has 0 info been provided about the proxied connections?

Ok, so 4th update in 2 days now. I am not sure on the details of the proxied connection but.... I find that I still cannot join games. In the connection details window I always connect to the host and no one else. And no one connects to me. When using the proxied connection, do any ports need to be forwarded or opened? I haven't seen any details of this new scheme yet.
Ok, yet another new update that didn't fix anything. Very sad. EDIT: And another update today, that's #2. So I have forwarded all ports from 6000 - 6999 to my internal IP on my Watchguard Firebox and still nothing.

WE all need one of two things from you . 1. A way to get a refund due to the game not preforming correct. OR 2. A fix to this immediately. I am not saying this with an angry tone just a disappointed one because at this point I honestly feel this is a waste of money. [/quote] Agreed. There isn't much of a single

This is a silly setup if you have to forward ports and not just open ports. I have alot of computers in my house on the same connection that all play DG. So for one to play, I would have to forward the ports to that IP? A game shouldn't take this much work to play. I am pretty disappointed with Impulse Reactor.
Hettikus, I do not have anti-spam, anti-virus or anything running on it, just basic firewall and VPN server. I removed all ports from the blocked list in the 6000 range as well as created a custom policy to allow all ports in that range through to the internal network. Still no luck. Unfortunately I don't have Fireware Pro software to watch realtime what is happening with the connections.
No, I have a block of statics, I have multiple servers outside the firewall that need them. I also removed all ports in the 6000 range from the blocked list.
I have never been able to join an internet game with my current setup. I use CenturyTel DSL with a Westel Modem. Then I have a Watchguard Firebox. I have a block of static IP's, one of which the Firebox uses. It's a model x10e by the way. Anyways, it has all of the default configuration our of the box and doesn't allow Impulse Reactor to work. I created a custom policy to allow traffic on the required ports to all destinations, but it will not work. A
All of my computers have dual monitors, and I have noticed Demigod does not handle this well running in full screen. The cursor will go off the game and onto the next monitor. All other full screen games keep the cursor within the bounds of the game.
