I can say I am glad to see him post his thoughts and some insight into the makings of a game and what is being done. While connection issues have been hit or miss with me I am more concerned with the game itself and balancing issues, and how annjoying regulas is to play against.

I know i have, but all in all I find talking to people helps me let loose the demons it creates inside. Remember you can talk to people, even if they may not care of listen.

Staging a fake protest, well cannot say I saw that coming, but am suprised and somewhat put off at a company doing that. I guess this will not be the last thing wierd done like that by a big corporation, hell look at the whole automotive executives flying to washington in private jets only to get mocked and come back in hybrids. Hmmmm yes good list! I would like to add the lack of cat-eared moe girls in maid outfits. There is obviously room to add cat ears to sedna, maybe even some glasses too! Edit: Damn forgot to mention instead of Yetis for sedna add a pack of rabid foxes so cute they stun when they attack.

Yes I have been having this problem sometimes and have yet to figure out why. I think these are great ideas, keep up the good ideas. [e digicons]:grin:[/e] Team concede would save me so much stress when my teamates just up and leave the game ~_~ No one likes to be called a ragequitter for leaving when you only teamates are AI that are drawn to towers like bugs to a bugzapper.
When someone leaves instead relsease a pack of rabid kittens opon the opposite team that breath fire and stink of pure cuteness. Other than that we could always find thier messenger screename and send naughty messages until they apologize. I have tried to 'save games' when my teamate quits, and it is almost always hopeless, so I am not sure of a way to counter it, because we all know the AI is more suicidal than anything (walking into a tower when having 200hp is just wrong).
I have been disconnected plenty of times and Im pretty sure people think I ragequit, while I have quit, but mostly due to real life stuff. I have also noticed how peopl react when someone may or maynot have been disconnected and it shocks me. I mean look how hard it is to get some connections between people, why would there not be plenty of diconnections to go along with it? All in all I do hate when I am stuck with AI, so I can see the anger aimed at ragequiting.

I do believe this forum could use a bit more of a good natured atomosphere. While it may be bad for some this is also mild compared to other forums I have witnessed, but yes it could use improvement. I must confess I too have scream profanity at my monitor whil playing demigod online and maybe some of the hostility stems from that. When all else fails I go to a quiet room with my computer and proceed to scream and shout while killing virtual creatures for the hell of it.
The problem with this post is how to identify if someone has just plain lost connection vs. actually ragequiting. While I do not keep such a list for ragequits, as there may as well be no point, I do keep a list for those I deem "undesirable". I do not think I would make that list public just to do some name calling.
