Cloud doesn't sync while reinstalling Fallen Enchantress: Legendary Heroes in Fallen Enchantress Stardock Forums

I had been having crashes during game play, attempted to uninstall and reinstall, cloud will not sync so game will not reinstall. Cloud is working for other games.
