I cannot activate my newly purchased cursorFX plus in CursorFX Stardock Forums

O.K. I've had cursorFX now for about a month and have downloaded a ton of cursors from wincustomise. I enjoy them all but wanted to change the size of many of them so I decided to upgrade to Cursor FX plus. The problem is after I downloaded the new program I could not and cannot activate it; it just gives me a popup window with an error message. Now I can't even use the cursors I've previously downladed and have been using for free! I've emailed sales and tech support, but I'm be
