I'm not sure if this issue has already been recognized yet or not, so sorry if this is a repeat. For one match I switched to the "Evil" side and played a Rook. I captured one of the enemy portal flags and started pulling up towers of light. Oddly enough, the towers created were of the "good" variety, both their mesh and attack animations. However they still attacked the "Good" units.

Well, if you mouse over it, it does have a health bar. In most other games with mines, when you attack them they don't "explode" so much as just de-fuse, but it was kinda annoying to actually try and set off the thing... with a rook... with no result.

I think Stardock is starting to regret releasing a stable phase I beta... I'm willing to bet it was always intended to be there, just not yet. I guess they hoped we would spend too much time crashing the engine to notice...

Yes, although he had walked over the mine two or three times before. The hit did show a damage count to the mine though, and it didn't actually explode IIRC (i.e., no damage to the rook)

Same here, once every single archer creep on the map were attacking the same mine. But for whatever reason one hit from my Rook took it out... could it be a splash/direct damage issue?

First off, great game, if this is what you call "very Beta" I can't wait for the next phases. I've seen games released that have more problems than this beta. As far as the engine goes, I've had no issues with stability, so if that's all the information you're looking for at this phase, it works, and how. The only real graphics related issue I've had is when two Rooks are fighting. The two models run into one another and you can't tell where one stops and the other star
