Not really; and if it's supposed to do that, it simply doesn't work. Even with three players using /serverproxyonly we had scenarios of one player not connecting via proxy, so every player still had two outgoing connections. Moreover, Stardock employees all over the board say you need bandwidth X for YvsY, why not tell people to play with the proxy-only flag if that would solve the problem?

If a player has set the /serverproxyonly flag, why not let him connect to all other players in a match over the same proxy server, basically simulating client-server? This should solve the upload bandwidth issues people experience on lower end connections.
