Yessir. Multiplayer has no login.

Lord_Zath, I felt that way too, but when I don't have them, my hoshikas attack head on, which is NOT fun.
I have made an ICO online account, but when I login, all that pops up is a friend screen. No where to join games or anything. Am I supposed to log in and then go to multiplayer, or what?
First you'd have to define what the "1 unit of pop" really is equal to. 10 million, 100 million, a billion? This would let you decide the reproduction rate of the populace of a generic terran planet inhabited by the TEC, and thus determine how long in years every game second, minute, or hour is.
I just noticed that in Sins, the refineries (at least for TEC) spew "noxious gas" into space much like an Earthly smokestack, with the gas flowing diagonally out. Now, physics as we know them would indicate that unless the gas is being FIRED (like a missile) out of the refineries, it would spread out pretty evenly, somewhat like how dye spreads in water. Thus, I've decided to launch a Sins scavenger hunt for things that defy physics, normality, even the time and space itself! N
So, I'm thinking about joining the Sins multiplayer crowd, for the RP (and hopefully non-stupid teammates). My question is, how do you prevent players from using unfair/unRP things, such as the Returning Armada technologie, as it could be considered unRP for two reasons: 1. If no one finds you, you can simply make a build order for RA and get it quite quickly as that would be the only thing you would focus on. 2. Yes, I know the basic backstory of the Vasari, but it wouldn't neccesarily fi
Ok, this helps, but I still ask whether or not I should keep them in hold position mode?
This question is pretty self explanatory. I've been reading about fleets on the forums, and see that they are quite important. My question is that if I've created a fleet with four ships, how to I get my other ships to JOIN the fleet? Also, should I keep attack range at hold position?
I'm back again, with another question that I should already know the answer to! (I mean, isn't 10 hours spent on 4 games set on slow enough to understand the basics? Maybe I'm just stupid...) The question today is, what is the "secret" to the Doppelgangers map? Not only was I lucky enough to have the pirates in my galaxy, but I can't figure out how to leave it, while the enemy has (its a 2v2). Is there a secret wormhole? Cause I've explored every planet, and the two artifacts were n
I really appreciate your example, Chaotic Magician, but I still don't understand the offering of your resources. I've only played 3 1v1 games, so maybe it changes in Multiplayer (and even more so in multiplayer games with humans), and I understand the basic buying and selling, but the offering of your resources and total offer value doesn't seem to work. This might be asking a bit too much, but could someone maybe make a quick gameplay video showing how it works and put it on youtube? Ya, I
Here I am again, asking another question about Sins. Before I do though, I'd like to throw out a thanks to everyone who answered my previous questions. So, what does Allegiance actually accomplish? I know culture has bonuses (different for each Civ), as well as raising allegiance. So, does allegiance accomplish anything besides making it harder (and how does it make it harder?) for the enemy to take over your planet? Thanks!
So, I've played few enough games to count on one hand (they were slow...does that count for anything :P ), and I've tried to fully explore all of my planets. It seems I usually am wasting them though, as the only two things I've ever found are places that allow 25+ population, and an artifact that allows 50% quicker hyperspace (whatever you call them) jumps. Are there any things are actual value, or am I wasting those 5-6000 credits?
I'm in Application Data, but there is no local folder. Also, ya, I realized that about the pirates, but I still want the combat mod (seems like it would make the game more 'realistic,' whatever that means ((space combat isn't that realistic in this day in age))
One last question. If I capture an enemy planet that still has buildings around it, do I get them?
Ok, I enabled the Hidden Files and Folders, I'm on XP, and where exactly do I create the Mods folder? In game info?
If so, how?
Thanks a bunch, FlyingNinja77! I hope this helps other people too, considering how easily interpretted. I believe I'll be playing TEC, and trying out Vasari (as I typically am eco player in most strategy games).
I know it has probably been asked before, but what are the basic pros and cons of each race? Who's the best economist, best rusher, that type of stuff.
Now, I know this has probably been posted a billion times, but exactly how do I install mods to Sins? I've tried simply putting the mods in folders (once unzipped) and then inserting the folders into GameInfo, but that doesn't work, and I can't follow the path Sins gives to me. Could someone give me a simple, followable way to install mods? If it helps, the specific mods I'm installing are Real Combat Mod and NoPirateRaids/Slow Pirates (I can't decide which, as it's rumored Slow P
