I found it slightly strange that you listed him as a General, yet he had no minion abilities whatsoever? :) I suppose liberal use of charm beast would be the closest, but nothing that creates minions of his own. He looks like more of a support assassin. I can dig that idea though.

I have seen numerous references to this item, and I cannot find it in game anywwhere, what am I missing?
