They really need to fix this crap. I enjoy the game, but I don't feel like playing it until they patch the issue out.
TrubEEE
I knew there was another asshole I forgot when I was tallying them on the forum...
Well you are all missing a few points. They did nerf it but they also buffed it. Now you get some pretty serious HP regen and mana regen. Also it gives much more in return over the same amount of time. It might be 2-4k too expensive, MIGHT. We'll all see how it plays out. It would seem that it'll make an oak much stronger. But they could also get the Girdle of Giants and do some owning with that to everything.
The Frogboy idea seems too generic D&D. I'd prefer something more exotic like what other posters have suggested.
I think they might compensate us by adding in a new item ... seeing as how this one is now useless.
They should have left Heart of Life alone. It wasn't particularly overpowered to begin with, rather, it just helped a lot against stupid people. And there are a lot of stupid people playing the game.
I had a comeback in a match last night where we battled for almost an hour on Cataract. The opposing team had breached all the way to our citadel with catapaulsaries (spelling?) and it looked like our number was up. But I managed to health stack with UB, blast down their towers and ruin their main building without them ever noticing.
