How do I create a Rally Point. I've read and read the manual, there is no mention of how to "create one" just mention of them that they can be used. Game v1.05, map version, who the hell knows? the files are invisible, unfindable, unclickable, unavailable TO open with note pad. The ONLY way they can be accessed period is with the forge tool map maker program. It's version is the same v1.05. Something is wrong with the *.galaxy maps that I make with the forge. I make them, I save them to the empire\galaxy\*.galaxy path, but ONLY the forge can see that they are there, let alone open them.
