They sent me a zapper program to completely wipe the programs, then I had to re-load DesktopX. It's been working well since then. This is the link they sent me for the zapper program. http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/odnt_zapper.exe

It's happening to me too! I keep getting an "image may be corrupted" message. Been trying to 3 weeks and nothing seems to work.
yes, and thanks for the reply. Actually FINALLY got someone from tech support to reply to my emails and they straightened it out.
After working for a short period of time, DesktopX stops working and I get a a message saying "DesktopXBuilder.exe has stopped working". I unistalled, reinstalled, rebooted, did everything that the support guy told me to do. Anyone have thoughts?
