They sent me a zapper program to completely wipe the programs, then I had to re-load DesktopX. It's been working well since then. This is the link they sent me for the zapper program. http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/odnt_zapper.exe

After working for a short period of time, DesktopX stops working and I get a a message saying "DesktopXBuilder.exe has stopped working". I unistalled, reinstalled, rebooted, did everything that the support guy told me to do. Anyone have thoughts?

I admit it freely, I'm a newbie and the only reason I'm here is because I want to customize my own desktop - I'm not NEARLY as talented as the rest of the people I've seen. I like to "learn by doing" and have been playing with DesktopX - being reasonably successful with creating what I want.
