Thanks for the join failed hint, but the ports being diffrent shouldn't matter. We aren't on the same network. Our main issue is the NAT facilitator, every time we try to join each other that is the only error we see. The exact error reads "You have been dissconnected from the NAT Facilitator"
Me and a friend are having these issues and more. The odd thing is we were able to play 1 game. Just 1 but that tells me that our settings are fine. It's something on Stardocks side. Current issues, When connecting, would always recieve a "NAT facilitator" error between the 2 of us. On most games I try myself I recieve the immediate "join failed" but on about 25% I can load fine and play. On one occasion my friend attempted to log in but the game failed to list
