While playing as the Torchbearer, to cast spells, I would click on the circle under the health bar for the designated spell. Once I switch to fire spells, have no choice but to use the number keys on my keyboard in order to cast (or even switch back to ice spells). The game is still playable, it's just a minor annoyance that wasn't present in 1a or 1b.
That did it! I also realized that when the game starts, it sets the active profile to "Default" All I did was set my profile as the active one and it worked. Thank for the help.
I'm running on XP Pro SP3. (I use Vista for work b/c it has so may issues when it comes to gaming.)
I tried reinstalling the game, but that changed nothing. I checked my network connections in the control panel, but I only have one network connection, so I know there's no conflicts there. I also tried manually setting a port, then opening that port on my router, but again, it made no difference. If anyone has any ideas, let me know. I would like to give this game a try...
I start the game, go to Multiplayer -> LAN -> Host Game, and this shows up and never goes away until I click Abort. I restore all the options back to default, but to no avail. What can I do to solve this? Thanks.
