is because you have windows in a non-english language and your folder /Document and settings/local configuration/ (?) is named different. the mine is /Document and settings/Configuración local/ and i cant play neither because the "ó" letter in the folder. this bug has been reported A LOT of time ago but i guess that the developers cant spend 2 minutes changing the path of their game depending of the languange of your windows. </p
