Do you have steam? If you do, I think you can add the game to steam (of sorts) going to Game and down to Add Non-Steam Game... That may work. Let us know if it does. (unless the stardock people know this works or doesn't)

I can't think of any similar to this game, besides Star Control 2 and 3...
I hope that it will continue some of the topics and threads from the prior game. I assume that is the plan, but I am still curious how it all will play out. I don't know if all the races have to continue forward... It may be interesting to get new advisors/bridge crew... As stated earlier, definite room for improvement on the planets. Time-wise, they seem to require a disproportionate amount of tedium (like trying to get out of crystalline valleys). Als
Thanks, that set me in the right direction.
My hard drive died on my computer. I cannot deactivate my Multiplicity install. What can be done to get it reinstalled on my computer? Thanks,
Thanks Rhonin, that hint was all I needed.
Ah, checked with his home world, but did not ask him directly. Thanks
I feel like I missed something but I can't figure out what. I went to the new planet to meet Lexites. I have to find someone who can make a weapon small and an ID badge. I have talked to every alien looking for the first, and I have finished going to every planet for the second. Can someone tell me what I am missing? Just one general pointer should do I hope.
I will try to replicate it again.
Hopefully a sequel or another expansion takes less time than the real sequel to SC2:UQM. There are a number of races and items I am curious about still. (though I am currently stuck on one plot point for SCO:ER4)
It was probably triggered right after I was hailed by harmony as we both entered the system. It could have been there were two of them. I was really popular. :-)
FYI, this is not a massive concern or problem for me. I played SC1&2 as Ilwrath enough to know how to fly a ship without seeing where you are. Still reporting it just in case it is a broader problem. Thanks,
Save file after the event.
I got this after the Harmony ship was nullified. May have been after the second one. It persisted for a number of hyperspace jumps.
I would guess we can expect it "real soon"
It seemed to be a resource contention issue. I am still doing more testing. But so far, if I limit what is running on the device, it performs well.
Is there a way to enable a logging mode within the software so I can get details as to what it is seeing. Thanks, I think the issue is some of the new security software on my new corporate laptop. I am about to wireshark both sides to figure out what they are seeing.
I have a new laptop and have been unable to get it working stable. Is there a way to increase the communication timeout value or a debug log so I can try to troubleshoot this more? I see errors: Connection to CA17 lost : Either passcode or timeout referenced. I have confirmed the firewall ports are open. The old laptop works fine still, though I have removed it to reduce the amount of work on Multiplicity. Thanks,
It worked for me.
Well, at least I am not alone on having cleared mars and now can't finish the mission.
I was hoping we would get to use the new Terran ships in fleet battles too.
I am excited by this news. I just finished the main storyline. I assume you can also build out more galaxy and expand the map also. There are real tough decisions that come with the limited upgrades to the command vessel. To get the good world resources, I have to have an unarmed lander. Maybe the expansions upgrades will give us more options? Thanks for making a fun game. I will semi-patiently wait for you to accept my $20 for the expansion
This is all part of the contract governing the development of the game. Back in the 90's, it was very difficult to self-publish a game. If someone came to a publisher with an idea, part of the money discussion normally included a discussion over the rights. Game developers who wrote their own engines would often try to retain rights of the engines for instance.
Consider some of your favorite games or movies. Now imagine if someone instrumental to the development of that game or movie went on to claim to be making a sequel to that game or movie without the consent of the owners of that trademark? What would be the result? At first I was having and issue picturing this. What if George Lucas wanted to make his Episode 7. There are mor
