Need Help in Windows Vista WinCustomize Forums

I cant use any other theme except the one's present in vista. I tried uxpatching manually as well as using Vistaglaz, still i cant change my theme. Am i the first person who is having this problem??? or am i doing something wrong?? plzz help me i really want to customise my pc for new Year :D .. almost fed up of trying :'(

Windows blind is not working in my pc...i dont have any idea what the problem is...whenever i change my theme it changes to classic theme. I tried reinstalling after cleaning the registry with ccleaner too...still its same..any idea??
