Yes, but that AI was for Civilization - a turn based game, and the calculations were most likely executed on moderately-sized server cluster. You can't really do this on desktop computer in real time. Or do you think all the AI developers in the games industry are unskilled morons? I have never seen a truly great AI in an RTS game. Never - all of them are just predictable formulaic pseudo-AIs. That said, what I would like to see in SoaSE AI is

I agree, this would help to give the titans more sense of scale. And it would also serve as the much needed titan nerf! Not with the jumping though, it seems...out of place. Also, isn't it Vasari loyalists' titan's special ability?
I think the "Renegades" for Vasari Rebels is a bit confusing (your average western culture guy may easily find the differences between "Renegade" and "Radical" rather subtle - the two factions should clearly oppose each other, like Orthodox Advent and Advent Apostates). The name for the Vasari Rebel subfaction should convey the fact, that they want to cooperate with other races. I'm not native speaker, so I have trouble finding suitable word myself.
From what we know, currently the factions are differentiated only by their titan, corvette and a technology or two. And all those changes are additive (make the factions more powerful). What about giving the factions also some explicit weaknesses? This was really well implemented in C&C: Generals - each of the generals lacked some of the upgrades and/or units of the original faction (even going as far as lacking the m
