Added a lvl 15 only version. Made a 2000 mana cast cost too, this is no real big deal, most of the time by this point in the game my mana regen is like 80-120/s. Let me know how you all like this version or the balanced one and I'll make more changes with the feedback.

I dont know if this is possible, its certainly outside of my meagre modding capabilities (not that its going to stop me from trying), but I was wondering if anyone thought they might be able to do it. I was thinking maybe like having a re-usable button in the citadel upgrade screen (In fact I dont even know if this can be done...) that when bought would respawn all the towers that have been destroyed. So far im currently testing the idea of a heavy mp cost for the towers which is making them not as overpowering early game. Unfortunately by about lvl 8-12, depending on how im doing and how many mana regen items ive got, my friend gets crushed by my Rook easier than he should. Ill try the idea of just lvl 15, though I dont see that being too much of a balance. I thought something along those lines when it happened. I also noticed i had a game.prefs.new file or something there also, deleted that too at the time and let the game spawn a new file. It kept all my changes after that.

Awwww why, I personally think this makes the Rook less squishy. Im seriously thinking about making it as balanced as I can. Just need to do more testing of the modified versions ive made so far.
Yeah I was contemplating possible ways of making it balanced. I came up with making the towers stronger dmg wise, but really fragile or making them have like a 1000mp casting cost. I am just about to test a few different ideas ive had. I dont know if many people would like the idea of the rook being able to camp areas with permanent towers though. I had the same problem until recently. Everytime I would load up Demigod the game would default to no mods and crappy graphics settings. Try Changing your graphics, exit demigod and see if it changes em back. If it does then im sorry that the only way I found to fix it is to delete the game.prefs in Documents\My Games\Gas Powered Games\Demigod. It really annoyed me that I had to do it too, tried fresh installing and everything.

As Morpheas is doing something along these lines wouldnt it be easier to wait till he finnished, Remove the section regarding the goggles and then make it permanent instead of temporary? I suppose i am just lazy though. Ill have a look at the lua's and see if i can help ya.

Ok, I know this is a game breaking mod so I dont need to be flamed. That said I made this mearly for laughs, credit to Lifekatana. Got the idea from him while browsing the forums. Yes, GPG is mean in that regard, thankfully though there is a mod that can activate them. http://forums.demigodthegame.com/369721 Has a mod to replace the random Assassin and Random General with DA and Occ. Also has a step by step guide on the bottom of OP that explains how to modify the registry to activate them as if they were normally selectable.

Ok, so I have tried a few things and so far havent been able to find a way to get mods working in single player tournament. I understand this is probably because its tournament mode is handled similar to multiplayer. Was wondering if anyone knew a way around this to get non-ui mods working. Thanks.
