Same issue here. Win XP SP3 NVidia GeForce 7800 GTX with 6.14.11.8250 driver version. 2.81 GHz AMD 2 GB RAM All other helps exhausted. Spamming the 'Run' button on the ImpulseNow about 100+ times rapidly makes the game work. Hopefully a fix will comes out!
