I have a tweaked version of this build. I stick a tower and structural transfer in the first couple levels(depending on how annoying my lane opponent is). Tower is useful for TP point for your team and with Rook's rather large posterior, you can oftentimes hide a incoming teleport of a teammate and thats more useful than the weak level 1 hammer smash in my opinion. Also, if you get structural transfer you can munch on towers to increase your staying potential. Favor items:
Umm... If you guys play in window mode, just go to the panthenon page and type in host's name. Sure I'll just alt tab out and OH GOD CRASH
Your reading comprehension... fails miserably. Windowed mode. Not if you play Full screen. Been noticing much less random crashes while using windowed mode. You could also have a laptop nearby to look at it.
Umm... If you guys play in window mode, just go to the panthenon page and type in host's name. You can see if he plays with those same folks or not alot. Yeah its more work, but if you're super serious about not wanting to run into premades, its worth it.
He's probably maxed out mulch, since he was farming two lanes at once. You can mulch from across the map and gain exp/gold from it, sorta like heaven's wrath.
I think it should definitely be tweaked. I like the amount healed, but I think it heals far too quick and has too much of a short cooldown. Increase the duration that it takes to heal 3k by 5 seconds and increase cool down a tad. If you reduce the amount healed per tick, it would weaken the synergy HoL currently enjoys with oak's shield which is at the moment super powerful.
Ah. Pantheon. I play custom games, and usually am the host. I also take the leisure of prescreening my team by either knowing the people who play with me, or gently questioning them to see if they have an amiable personality. For ganks, its rare for a fight to be fair( well at least it shouldn't), i.e. where both people start off at full hp and duel 1v1. Assasin should be porting all over the place and picking off the isolated engagin in 2v1's. If the other team is butt hugging (all thr
Hrmm, As an oak you should definitely try and communicate to your teammates to buy the currency/building upgrades. Honestly, the quicker you get your two hats, the better. I've also noticed that I have much less success with oak when I play him as a hybrid. If you're gonna go assasin build 1-10, you might as well go forward with it 11-17. Optimize your item build for Speed and ganking potential even at the expense of your tank. Max out Divine justice, it really allows yo
Eh? No. You're minions will 1 shot the ai-controlled lower level creeps (Up to priests not sure on pesky angels). I'm pretty sure you have kill idol minions normally. I'll test later tonight because I can't recall :/.
Ring of Divine might definitely works for oak minions, priest idols. Can't recall mino/archers though. You do know the knockback is an active ability right? ( I made that mistake at first when testing Divine once upon a time) It just makes your minions one hit creeps. Universal gadgets are great :). I don't use them to open fights though(too expensive unless I get a guaranteed kill), they're great for finish a fight since its a suprise 600 burst nuke.
Transitive, great list! Would have been useful when I was starting out. I think you might want to add worthwhile Citadel upgrades etc to the list. I'm definitely a firm believer of having all slots filled. Therefore, I also have some suggestions on "filler" items. Gloves of brutality(400), great cheap damage. Nature's Reckoning(1500), Good damage for rightclick heros. Pretty decent bang for your buck. Footmen's Sabatons (600): Good cheap boost to stats Sc
Its too good of an escape. Its an invulnerability that lasts as long he wants. It has no counter. It ruins the Demigod meta-game, because no matter how well the other team manages to out-manuever Erebus, he can escape via mist and waste the other team's time. Give him a 75 percent damage reduction state. If he wants to be invulnerable, make him invest in a bulwark for the remaining 25 percent damage reduction. Give the opposing team the opportunity/ability to flush him out with those
I think that HoL itself should be looked at (not only the insane synergy it has with Oak's shield). They should think about increasing the CD, increasing the time it takes to regen (15 seconds instead of 10), or decreasing the amount healed.
Maybe adding in some after-effects of using mist. How about level 3 mist gives you 3.5 seconds of invis after you deactivate the spell. The mist still stays, but you get a head start for running away. Having a skill like this is insulting to everyone else. its a bit like "nyah nyah here I AM! Look at me, I'm erebus and I can hit one button and screw up your entire pushing game without any effort and you can't do anything about it. Get back to me after I finish reading the funnies in the newsp
Erebus and misting is definitely one of the more irritating features of Demigod. A state of perpetual invulnerability that can't be countered is lame enough. With the ability to keep creepwaves permanently back at little to NO risk... Irritating. GPG/SD, if by chance you read this post, please consider re-balancing the skill. The OP had some great suggestions on balancing. I personally think that the mist should give him invisibility and damage reduction of 66.66666 per
Best way for oak to outplay UB earlygame is get the monk idol and penitence for first skill, divine justice, shield. As someone said, shield isn't the best choice to counter the spit. See how competent the ub is, if he's gonna telegraph his spit... try and get penitence off and interrupt the cast and the whack him a couple times. Its usually best to get some mental dominance early game and hope the UB makes some mistakes either with equipment (no hp regen in which case t
Camel dude. Try to keep your future posts toned down a bit. Yes, you have a solid build, but it is not the only one that works and can be easily countered by any general who buys a monk idol and sends monks to support the person laning against you. You seem to forget the fact that Demigod, is a TEAM game when evaluating UB's other useful skills. Ooze is definitely useful when you have a sedna watching your back or when you're fighting against a pushing/minion/rightclick
GPG/SD teams, thank you. Impressive beta patch. Can join games with ease and haven't had many issues with lag recently. The only thing left to do is.... for you to give us our 50 percent off coupons! Time to start spreading the gospel that is Demigod.
Gamester_47 at 1900 Ping Alt Tabbing at crystal Whilst I applaud the great strides the SD/GPG teams have made in connectivity leniency/tolerance, having players persistently staying in-game at over 1,900 ping... is a joke. Especially, when they decide to spite everyone else in the game by alt tabbing at their health crystal. I know, I know, getting games set-up takes top priority. However, games with le
