On topic though, I dislike people not talking also. And even if you do talk and try to coordinate stuff, they usually won't listen anyways. I'm pretty sure this wasn't in your list, but I would like some kind of collision between demigods to allow teams to trap enemy demigods. I'm not sure about collision between demigods and the creeps, but between demigods would definitly add some nice tactics to the game. I thought for sure this would be in, then was very suprised when an enemy walked right through the rook back to their base without me being able to catch or block them in any way.
I don't find Demigod that fun to watch. I've watched most of the videos on youtube but I just can't really get into them. The gameplay seems very repetetive. Maybe it's because I havn't played it yet, but as of now I would definitly rather watch a staracraft/warcraft match instead.
