Temp directry it's normal, I don't change it

it don't working,still i have message> "Impulse was not able to create its temporary directories.Please try again,permitting administrator access when requested." :(

I don't have "run as admin" option If i right click I Have: Configuration:Settings Help:Help,On the web and close...

"Impulse was not able to create its temporary directories.Please try again,permitting administrator access when requested." That shows when I try to play Impulse... And I can't play online,because my Impulse don't working. Somebody now what's going on?,why my Ipulse don't working? Please help
