Yeah I have a similar thing happen. A few minutes or so into a match it freezes up for like 30 sec and then i get an error message saying unable to connect to the nat facilitator and all the players are replaced with bots.

I have a similar problem. When I start the game I can click through all of the ads very quickly but once i click the trailer it take about 90 seconds for my comp to load the main menu. Then when I select an option on the menus, especially pantheon or skirmish my computer just sits there with the button depressed for another 2 or 3 minutes. Its like a memory leak or something.
