It's love at first site! I assume that this is also testing the ability to make purchaseable demigod's? (by tying(sp) them to an account) I can't wait! Will be great to have a roster of 10 demigods ready to roll!

Here's a space MMO that looks absolutely astounding. Just not released. Stardock may be interested in what some of his development journals have to offer. It's quite amazing. http://www.infinity-universe.com/Infinity/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=12&Itemid=33

If you're using 3ds max, isn't there a program that will do it for you? You just got to select the correct poly's as if it was surgery. A line straight down the center of the face and neck and then selecting the triangles. Been a while since I have used 3ds though... I think it was like texasUVW. Doesn't churn anything up on google though. Take a look at this, it may help in some way. I haven't modeled or UV'd ever since the good old Halo 2 da

You people are nuts O.o lol. I thought GW was one of the most amazing games ever made! It required creativity and skill to create various builds, especially ones that synergize as a team. The PvE content was extremely challenging when you really got to the juicy parts. The best part of it was the 8 skill builds and cap of level 20 and no rediculous armor and weapon drops. almost everything was equal except for the players mind.

It would certainly be amazing if that was possible. The game sounds amazing but my gaming chemicals tend to like destroying the enemy by thinking on the spur of the moment to out think my opponent

Here's my question... So if Elemental combat is turn base. (I've gotten that vibe although I could be wrong, maybe it's real time?) Would we be able to turn that combat into something like what we see in Total War?
Quoting Rocky_Tooth, reply 4Well the OP is completely ignorant. Stating facts that are completely wrong and innacurate. Especially when he stated you have to heal with potions Hehe, I learned here that you heal if you step in the pool. No one in HoN bothered to answer me in my first game.
Heh sorry I may have come across a bit harsh. If you would like to play a game just add me as Rocky_Felix

Well the OP is completely ignorant. Stating facts that are completely wrong and innacurate. Especially when he stated you have to heal with potions....... Anyways I'm sure someone has stated this. HoN is like DotA. Has real bitch moments where all you can do is watch. That's what I love about Demigod. You don't get stunned for 10 seconds. The max is 3 and that is late game where you can atleast tank damage within those 3 seconds (usually)&

Anything is possible, as seen by Chirmaya in this thread: http://forums.demigodthegame.com/359230 However making the maps is the real tricky part. Creating the massive backdrops to the area's you can walk and simply the map itself.

Well till it gets moved.. HoN is deliberately made to be DotA 2.0. When somebody rants about it because they say it is copying DotA it is because it is meant to do so. Most if not all of the exact same items are in there except different portraits and names. The shop system is ten times better and also more newb friendly as you can click on a recipe item and it will list the items upon where you can click again to purchase. The maps are exactly the sa

Oh I have GW as well. I've had it for maybe 3 years now. It's amazing! I love how you quickly reach max armor and level yet it's still engaging and has tons of things to do beyond leveling. That's the only problem I find in MMO's. They all have a 10+ slot skill bar and you don't have to be creative with what you put in it (compared to GW i think) Anyways, thank you for enlightening me about Tabula Rasa. Maybe I'll see you in GW 2 :D

I don't think that information is stored in the LUA scripts. Maybe... It would be nice if we could run in debug mode to know the coordinates of places among the map.

Has anyone added a demigod to the selection screen?

A new mmorpg that has been in development for a very long time has opened their pre-orders 2 months or so in advance. If you preorder you can get into the beta. Which is obviously fairly complete if it's open to the public now. It's very pretty using the Crytek engine ( of course you don't need crysis powers to run the game) I don't know much about it myself and was interested if anyone here is in the beta.

Seems to me that it will come out in V1.2 and it was frogboy's oppinion to have it later as clan support is more important. Up to GPG though, I'm excited either way. This could solve any money issues they may have for creating new demigods or maps. We would just do it for them :D
