I dont think penitence its a lame skill early game and specially late game... Slow targets,and lower his defense(well,u hit harder after that) and sort off like a ranged atack too... im using his build...with bots lol...but...i think some stuffs could be changed. I would go,for penitence,Soul power,dead ward,divine and Surge*... but,surge increases your speed atack too dont ya?well,if it does,would be a good thing.. And,about shield,and,t
