I was offered a patch and it supposedly installed it. I'm still showing a .105 and I see others funning a 107 version. Why not allow a normal patch download like many games before this. Steam sucks. I don't buy anything if it's associated with it. Too bad I didn't know what impulse was. It's broken. I want real media with real patches. The only game I ever purchased as a download was at http://www.introversion.co.uk/defcon/ because it was an act
Oh-Joy
The new patch does nothing to correct the issue!
It's crap! I was sent an e-mail telling me to try today's patch to see if it fixes crashing issues while joining (IT DOESN'T!). If not then try again on Thursday. WTF kind of response is that?! I'm getting this close to requesting an official refund and then warez it 'cause I won't give a hootz then. This is what they deserve for the $40 trash multiplayer title...GIGO. The beta testers musta been crack hoes. </p
Try 1024-65535 UDP send/receive.
Nope, it just makes me end task Demigod that much quicker! I gave up in trying to join any multiplayer games now.

Now does this this stop the crashing when someone can't connect to you?
Whenever I get a connection failed when trying Pantheon or Skirmish Demigod hangs and is unresponsive. I end up having to kill the task and restart it. Anyone else have this happen to them often?
Tested it on a second system with a P4 3GHz w/2G RAM, Audigy 2, 7900GS @ 1280 x 1024 and XP SP3. Had to turn everything down to Low for it to play decently. It looked really ugly and don't know how they can claim those specs. I would consider this system the minimum if you really had to play this buggy game.
Day 5 and only a mass mailing reply on Friday that did nothing for me.
[quote who="Maelleall7" reply="25" id="2144057"]Dude, relax. Of course they had more than two Beta Testers. Its not the Beta Tester's job to screen CD-Keys. Even under these strange circumstances, the ability to search through all the CD keys they've made and make a new one and process that all in two days or less is rather amazing. So, cut Impule and Stardock some slack dude. I'm still waiting on a reply from Stardock, but, unfortunately, I didnt read this post before, so, I am expecting an
My key didn't work. I called tech support and their hours end at 4 pm eastern time! WT??? There was also a recording saying that due to recent releases telephone support was temporarily suspended! Another WT??? First time buying a game from these guys and I'm wondering if it would be the last. Maybe there's a reason a new release is only $40 local and $35 on-line. So I decided to submit a ticket and then it's saying it could be up to 48 hours! I
