Stardock will be closed for the week starting on Monday, June 29th and we will be returning on Monday, July 6th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time but expect delays in responses during this time.
Single player and multiplayer are seperate, but even given that, I play nothing but multiplayer and constantly lose all the points I earn before I can get the amount I need for the item I want. Very frustrating.
I live in USA east and I have my computer set as DMZ. Yesterday I was able to play a bunch only under skirmish, and today I've been able to play a skirmish maybe once every 2 hours. However the biggest problem is I work hard to get a specific favor item and every few games my score resets back to 100. Very very frustrating. When will my progress be saved so I can get the item I want?
