So there is just 1 connection for each client to the server, and the server would have up to 32 connections.

I have also experienced the stuttering issue in 3v3 or larger games. All my ports are forwarded according to the guides, and my system is a c2d e6400, 4gb ram, and geforce 8800gts 640mb running win xp. My ISP (a Bell Canada reseller) does throttle p2p traffic, so I wonder if that is part of the issue :/

Same thing just happened to me after the patch. 0 favor points and none of my purchased items are available. Played a few rounds, and it said I got favor points at the end, but they never show up on my achievements page.
