well i dont have the game, but from what i know ill answer as best i can. The game does not have a campaign mode just skirmishes in single player then the online mode. as far as single player mode goes i think you'd be able to play as much as you want without seeing the queen of thorns. As far as playing online goes (which is what the game should be played on), it depends on the people you play. Since it is online, the only times you would see the queen of thorns is if the people you are play
