I don't know if my issue is the same as yours. Basically what happens to me (in single player as I haven't been able to connect to MP) I get small fps hitches where it feels like the graphics just stop for under a second. It doesn't make the game unplayable for me as only the graphics do it. So if I am playing the cursur doesn't jump when the fps stops etc. You can see it on the fraps graph, fps will be locked to 60 and then you see a dip at 55 for less than a second and its back to 60 again.

Always at least one person I can't connect to when using game ranger. Opened all ports, turned of UPnP to no available. Unusable for me.

Heres what I have done. Since the day I bought this game, I have not connected to a single match through demigods service in hundreds of tries. Not matter what I do, I cannot join a game. Opened ports 6100-6200 UDP&TCP Opened port 6073 UDP&TCP Opened port 1600 for game ranger TCP&UDP Turned off Router Firewall Put the correct IP in the DMZ Enabled ping to the WAN port When using an online port checker such as y

Still not fixed for me in game. Doesn't matter though as I can't connect to any games anyways.

I can now confirm my ports are open because I let my router accept ping requests and all the programs are now telling me my ports are open.

I would play on game ranger, but there is always just one guy in a room I can't seem to connect to. It happens all the time and I am the one usually kicked so they can play. I have played one successful game online and that was with the cracked version on game ranger. I have yet to play my legit copy online.

Another day, another match I can't connect to. Fun.

When I host games, a few people join, but they all end up getting kicked. So far, I have not been able to play one online multiplayer match.

Wow I am a retard. I spent all this time thinking it was my problem that I couldn't connect to a single game in a whole day of owning this game. I even called Belkin support because I thought my ports weren't being forwarded correctly XD I was just too stupid to see that this thing is more broken then broken as it never worked in the first place. Stardock is good though so I will be waiting for them to fix this since they are one of the few developers who actually care.

I am getting really confused in this. Every single game I try to join, everyone is connected to everyone else BUT me and I am never connected to anyone. Can someone tell me the ports I need to open cause apparently I didn't open the right ones. I can't connect to anyone!

I am having trouble getting in to any games at all. It always says "this player has not connected to anyone yet" and it doesn't look like anyone could connect to me either. Nothing ever gets dropped, it just says its connecting me and it never ends. I opened up all ports and everything so I don't know what the deal is.

Well how do I change it? This name is only for ease of use and remembering, I didn't know it would actually be displayed as my in game name. How do I change it?

Like many others I did this as well. I pirated the game to try it out, liked it so I bought it. Being in aus, I was going to play the pirated game till it came out here but like another poster has mentioned, the release date was moved back so I bought it on impulse instead.
