However the absolute max you should have unless you're up to some shady stuff is 12.2%, that is nnnils drop rate and no one has a worse connection than him.

If you see nnnils in game try to get him to upload an Occ replay. He's a baaad man with Occ. The only good Occulus replays up right now I'd say are the ones from the 3 v 3 tournament last year, but they're focused on building around a UB, not taking over a game like nnnils does.
