Lol I'm in the same boat as Thunder. I seem to get screwed so often in randoms. I'm all for mixing things up but it just drives me insane sometimes.

I managed to bring Orcun back to life, so him and I are partners now. Magnus has been demoted to our alternate until we can find him a partner.

I play with Z a lot, and we sometimes have disagreements over builds, for example his heaven's wrath UB lol. But he always ports on time, leaves the mana flag to capture the XP flag which I love since a lot of people don't prioritize that. Overall excellent map awareness and I'm always comfortable with him, as soon as he stops getting heaven's wrath with UB I'd recommend for tier 1.

Don't worry Mith, your original partner Ninki keeps pretending he doesn't want to play but I know he can which is why I agreed to split the GM team up. Ninki won't leave you hanging if Renzo can't make it. And magnus, I don't like your attitude so I'M trying to find Orcun lol. Or, Ashkandor, Doomspite grips and parasite egg. That's more total weapon damge, but less attack speed. But you also want something that provides the most benefits in addition to damage. Well that would depend. Parasite egg would come in handy if you're facing a minion user, but the mana regen and aoe of cloak of flames is also quite useful

If you have to use a potion slot then I don't think you can get Ashkandor. I think you'd go with mage slayer, doomspite grips, and cloak of flames. That's 24750 gold. Slayer's wraps give you the chance at the critical, but doomspite are higher damage and also + attack speed, cloak of flames is +30% attack speed.

Nvm, that'd still be 200 too much.

What's that thing that drains mana every 15 seconds and also gives you +damage? It goes in the consumable slot, I think it's 2200 gold trinket.

This new system pleases me hedgie. Now that she can team with UB or Rook, the best queen might actually turn out to be the MVP of this tournament, which could be hilarious.

Wait a minute, you can silence an oak who is shielded before he can TP? If it keeps him where he is I'll gladly exploit that all day.

If you do it fast enough you swap Oak before he goes anywhere and you don't go to the crystal either, it's just like an interrupt of the port.

All you do to counter a pure ooze beast is maybe run a second or two sooner then you normally would so you don't get stuck trying to escape his diseased claws. And also buy splash damage for your towers then port to kill him when he's overpursuing because he has to chase until he completely finishes the kill. Hybrid builds have full ooze too and insane health, the only thing I would be missing from pure ooze by the end is 2 points in diseased claws and I'm guessing

I don't think it matters what we say actually Cow. Not a single person agrees with you that pure ooze is always the best way to go but it doesn't matter, since conveniently you have 100% win rate with beast according to all the available replays.

That's kind of why 2 vs 2 is dumb, no matter how you put it you're not going to see many of the DGs. It should be 3 vs 3, one of Oak-UB-LE allowed, one of Occulus-Rook-Sedna-QoT, and one of Reg-TB-DA. And in the second game you can't pick the same pair you used the first game. If it goes to a tie breaking 3rd game you can pick whatever you want.

Make that a 4 man team, Ninki just told me in msn that he could make time if he had to. Put us in as team GM whichever 2 of the 4 of us is available will play. This is unless you can get a full commitment from Renz and Mithrandar to play every game, not sure what their schedules are like for this month.

Are Renzo, mith and I allowed to rotate with eachother as a 3 man team but only 2 playing at a time? I am extremely busy this month still writing essays and exams coming up, but if I'm not on Renzo would probably be there to play with mith. I can't 100% commit but I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem for 2 out of the 3 of us to play at the scheduled time.

Yea, he's good enough for tier 2. Him, magnus, and Ke5trel beat Renzo and I in like an 80 minute long game earlier; he played quite well.
