Ok.. so this question isnt as stupid as it sounds. i used to have my resolution at 1440x900 and one day my monitor stoped working at that resolution. Yet the game is still set to that resolution so when i start the game i just get a black screen. so i cant just go to options and change resolution. Is there a text file or something i can find in my install folder and change the resolution by editing it? Or will i be forced to reinstall?

I am getting the same error. Quite unawesome i must say to not only not be able to get the patch iv been waiting for... but also not be able to play the old version. A solution to this would be quite helpful if anyone knows whats happening.
I personly did notice this. but for me it seemed to only happen if i was to place the tower directly under the rook. once i got the hang of "Oh cant put it right under him" it seemed to stop aborting for me. but it could be something different. i dont think its a "doesnt fit" problem because you can put towers ontop of eachother. if it is just a minimum range issue then its easily fixed with a minimum range ring. if its not minimum range maybe it need
You really have to look at this from both sides and make a compromise. Personally i would like to see some form of voicechat added. People saying "oh i dont wanna hear them" its a poor argument at best. if you dont want to listen im sure they would have some option to turn it off. Im sure it would ruin your lives to just check a box in an option menu. That being said i dont think it should be to high on their list of things to do. Basic
