What is suprising is how much "Stardock" support this thread is getting... while there is a thread that is over 1 week old (still on the first page of Technical Support Forums) with 3 pages of comments about crashing, when failed to connect to another player, and there are ZERO "Stardock" responses to that thread about any kind of fix or even acknowledgment of the problem... How about we see some care for the customers that want to stick around and get things working instead of the

I get this happening to me sometimes as well... a quick restart of the computer seems to fix the issue... should I still contact [email protected] ???
Ok I played around a bit and it appears that I get the error every time I get a failed to connect to player (xxxx) as others have stated. So now my question, is this something that could potentially have to do with my router? I know i have a fairly sophisticated Sonic Wall router, so is there some features in there that might be causing this inability to connect to certain players while still connecting to others? Thanks :)
Yes i experience this issue almost once per game with SEDNA. When I try to use her healing ability nothing happens no matter how many times i click, then I move around a bit and boom she starts healing no problem.
So I finally managed to connect to a game after a couple more crashes... I didn't change anything from the time i was getting those errors/crashes to actually being able to join and play a full game... not sure what the cause of all this is...
When I try to a join a game it always results in a crash with this error or something very similar.
