Yeah I really don't understand why the pantheon requires a wait between finishes. What's the point? Seriously, how does this benefit anyone, player or company? Why can't they just start instantly and, on the off-chance that someone would prefer to know how the last one ended rather than actually play in the tourney themselves, the player is free to go check the stats on the site.

Good work figuring this stuff out. I'm really impressed with this company since this is the kind of dev-player correspondance I'd expect from a subscription MMO.

WickedBear, it's just a simple fact of the matter that playing with your friend will make you likelier to succeed than playing with a fully random team. It won't mean you'll always win, but having a friend who knows what you do well and what you do poorly and (due to experience (if they're not just a godawful gamer)) how to back you up most effectively will put you leagues ahead of a genuine pick up group. Of course it's still totally necessary to communicate and strategise with the o

Doing my daily rounds of the Pantheon I came across two distinctly different matches. In the first, a small map with a fortification destruction gametype, my ally continuously attempted to engage enemy demigods, refusing to help destroy any enemy forts or protect our own all the while persisting in the claim that destroying enemy forts wouldn't help us win a fort game. After roughly twenty minutes the fight was clearly going nowhere as I alone couldn't take down the forts and therefor

I updated it through the Impulse client (at least, as far as I can tell!) and when I go into the game and use shift+tab to bring up the impulse client the update option is greyed out, I presume this means it's updated?

Well I've only been playing since Sunday so don't take me too seriously. So far I find the good guys woefully underpowered compared to the darkside. Sedna is a very pleasant addition to the goody two-shoes, but Erebus, Unclean Beast AND QoT all being Dark is a little too much to bear. I am primarily a dark player and QoT and Erebus are my favorite characters. I find bite sickeningly overpowered. It needs at least a 25% reduction to its heal. But if you just reduce th

Hey guys! I recently purchased Demigod and hit up multiplayer but there's no-one online! I found six matches, most of which were in a foreign language. Is this normal? Do I need to patch the game or something? I'd heard that pirates were running rampant all over multiplayer and that, because of this, there were loads of people to play with. Any insight would be greatly appreciated as I bought this game specifically to legitimise playing it online.

I agree with the OP! I too pirated the game and I really enjoyed it. This was a massive shock to me because I've been deploring it to just about every gamer I know since its conception (I hated the way it looked over videos; it looked tedious and pointless). But I pirated it (just to confirm my suspicions) and really loved it! It's like UT with swords! As of last night I got hold of a legitimate Digital Download and voila! I'm part of the community.
